They offer a £500 prize if you big them up on social media.
Don't bother if they can't reply to a simple email.

I received my order after a long delay…

I received my order after a long delay and already made up my mind that I was going to leave a review. I did not expect to be leaving a 5 star review due to the delay in the order being delivered. BUT the 5 star review is warranted as the items are amazing! The annoying thing with the company is that I was not in a hurry for the items, but the lack of communication was starting to make me wonder if I had been scammed. When I contacted them they were helpful and explained that they are extremely busy and that there is a delay. I had no issues with the delay as such but the lack of contact. The Workwear that I ordered is spot on from the stitching to the sizes and would highly recommend them to anyone. Just be wary that you may have to wait a bit of time to receive them, But it is worth the wait!

Six weeks after ordering and all I’ve gotten so far are excuses.

Ordered on the 5/3/26 was told delivery would be with me on or around 30/30/26, I approved the artwork within the hour of receiving it (14th) so no hold up from my end, I had to chase up on the 01/04/26 because I hadn’t heard a thing and got given some excuse about they have taken on extra staff etc and told my order has been pushed back 1-2 weeks, well here I am on the evening of the 14/04/26 and still not even a dispatch notice, it seems the only staff that are working are the advertising team, I get no shortage of emails or ads on my social media advertising the products, but they neglect to mention you’ll still be waiting 6 weeks later and they wouldn’t have even dispatched them yet.

Worth the wait for the quality 

received my hoodie and T-shirts today. The turnaround was slightly longer than expected, but clearly for good reason—they are very busy, and the quality is well worth the wait.Having previously used another company that supplied lower-quality materials which didn’t meet expectations, I’m very pleased with the quality of both the T-shirts and the hoodie—even though I didn’t opt for their top-tier options.The embroidery is excellent. I sent over my logo, and it was reproduced with great attention to detail and strong colour coordination.I would definitely use them again.

I have ordered from this company before…

I have ordered from this company before and it took 4 weeks the first time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt this time and in still waiting on an order from 25th Feb 2026 and keep getting told the same thing week in week out “we’re working on your order” my order is only 5 items. Not impressed! Won’t be using this company again.

*AVOID* Order never delivered after 2 months

*AVOID* Placed an order in February, got no updates called multiple times and was told every time "we're two weeks behind in production we cant give a delivery date" had enough of time wasting and asked to cancel in April. Absolute joke, do not recommend at all.

A victim of a scam
Avoid JRS took money & items never shipped

Ordered from JRS on the 20th February. It’s now the 2nd of April and I have no delivery. The order has not been updated since the 20th Feb and the items have not been shipped. A lead time of 15-20 days for customised orders was promised and that has now passed with no update and no one answering the phone line (you get a recorded message saying they want you to email) No answers to emails either. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Now Looking to take legal action and will also have to engage another supplier to fulfil my order which should have arrived between the 12-20th March do not buy from these folk as it’s a headache you can do without

Edited response as now received. Initial title - Take your money then ignore you

EDITED as now received my order after placing this review. Had a call today asking to take it down and I said no but I would revise it. Items were eventually received, it’s a shame to have gone through such an ordeal as they were ok, the quality of stitching etc as expected, sizing is different between makes as expected so make sure you check, I wanted it in different colours so had to choose different brands. I was asked if I would consider making another order now they have learnt from there mistakes and got new machinery and another member off staff, but for now I have said I will watch other reviews and if they are ok then I may make a future order but not until I have seen the evidence that the service has improved. Initial review - If I could give no stars I would. This is the second company that think it’s ok to take your money, then ignore all massages and you never get what you paid for. Cant call as it say it’s quicker to email and someone will get back in a few hours. Reality is they don’t. They have your money and don’t send the goods
