When we went to collect the bath panel, it matched the cistern lid I took perfectly.
I got to see the massive stock of rare bathroom components in the warehouse, some of which had been there for decades.

Having searched both online and at plumbers merchants for a new tap head and toilet lever screw fitting for my vintage bathroom suite without success, I came across this place and paid a visit. Brought a discontinued toilet seat from JSL Bathrooms. I found David to be extremely helpful and true to his word. Ordered the seat one day and received it two days later. Excellent customer service, and possibly saved me having to replace the complete toilet, as the seat was specifically designed to fit that particular toilet.

We had an urgent need for a replacement Royal Daulton torquoise corner sink. It had to match existing units in newly redecorated bathroom. JSL turned up trumps! They had the exact item 'brand new' and costing less than a third what we'd been quoted for reclaimed items. They were happy to accept a cheque by post and their service was as friendly and helpful as it was efficient. They went to immense care in packing the unit for our couriers and within a matter of just a few days our problem was solved with an immaculate new sink.
