Ordered the mug in early July. It said it was shipped at the end of July. Still have not received the mug. Checked the tracking number and it says shipping label is printed waiting on package from juggy. Sent an email to juggy and haven't received a reply.
Run far and fast away from this company do not buy anything from them. You will never get your items on time. Customer service is a joke. If you make any sort of pre-order know that it is not worth it and you will be waiting for months and even when it says it’s going to ship, you will wait another month. Customer service will not help you find your package, or know when it’s coming to you. This company will just take your money and you might get your item at some point. There is no canceling your order. There is no getting your money back until you receive your order that you don’t know where is and don’t know when it’s coming. It is not worth it!
My 3rd cup from was ordered in March 2025 and arrived mid July missing parts. Attempts to contact via email have failed with no response from the company. Poorly packaged and kind of a let down to be honest. We've ordered a total of three (3) cups and each experience with this company has been more than a hassle.
Preordered in March 2025, after many delays I was assured it would be shipped by 7/31/2025. I received an email stating my order was on its way. When I tracked my order it says label creating 7/31/25, waiting on USPS to pick up. Today is 8/24/25, customer support no longer answering emails, phone calls, or messages left. I paid the product insurance and feel this company does not back their product. Simply refund my card I paid with.
