I ordered my Sabrina Carpenter JUGGY on the 20th and it is now the 30th I looked at the tracking it says it is in the same place it was on the 20th no word I have tried getting ahold of someone no word I probably will not be ordering from this company in the future and hopefully will get my JUGGY soon
FYI, Juggy no longer sends out your package in a box. They package it in a plastic bag with the boxes inside. By the time USPS delivers them, there is a good chance your Juggy boxes will be smashed like mine. Juggy won’t do anything if you didn’t purchase the protection as they blame USPS. Horrible way to do business. This was my 4th time purchasing and my last. So just beware and pay extra for the protection that you should never need.
I purchased a pre-order so I knew it would not be shipping right away. That's fine. I got notification that the shipping label was created and it was waiting for USPS to pick up on the 31st of July. As of August 9th it still says label created awaiting pickup. I've contacted customer service and haven't heard back yet. I keep getting surveys asking how the company did but I haven't received any product so I couldn't give you a valid survey as of today
