Review Time
It took 4 1/2 weeks for my products to be shipped to me despite the promise of fast shipping found on the web site. I emailed Juggy 3 times with no response and finally DM’d them on Instagram. That time I received a response. When I first looked at the products, they had a back order date until 7/25 posted. I ordered the products on 7/30, so they shouldn’t have been on backorder still. If there were a problem with receiving the products in their warehouse, an email should have been sent to me to tell me that. In addition, when I finally received an email saying my products were shipped, the post office recorded that a shipping label had been created the day of the email and so I kept checking back. It was several days before the post office showed it was in transit. The products I bought are Christmas gifts so I can not speak to their quality, although they look good. Due to the lack of communication and apparent disinterest in answering my emails, I will NOT be buying from Juggy again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. The web site indicates emails will be answered in 24-48 hours, but mine were ignored. The web site indicates 1-2 day preparation time and 3-5 day shipping time, NOT 4 1/2 weeks.
I wanted a water jug with a handle. I found this site and read the reviews. I love the baking juggy as I am a baker. So far this 40oz jug is great. Haven’t used it but for a couple of days. It keeps my water cold which is a plus. I will use it this winter with warm hot chocolate.
