Review Time
I preordered a tumbler and I knew it was a preorder. At first there was a question as to when it would ship, end of May, awesome. I ordered this tumbler March 2nd 2024 for a birthday present (March 6th) but that was fine, I understand I purchased a tumbler as a preorder. I continued to check back periodically (via email) to make sure the expected ship time was still the end of May. ETA was on schedule. Moving on, the end of May passed and June 1st or 2nd I reached out again to once again inquire about the tumbler as I still had not heard anything from JUGGY regarding the ship date. I was told an email went out to everyone who bought the tumbler and the new ship date was the end of July, I went and checked all my emails to make sure I didn’t miss the email, I had not received an email regarding a new ship date and now I was getting an attitude from staff, totally unacceptable. I was offered 20% discount on my next order. So JUGGY expected me to give them more money (20%on NEXT order) after not making sure I knew the ship date had changed and getting an attitude with me. I let them know I’d like to choose another tumbler and get free expedited shipping. I ordered a tumbler in March and now it won’t be ready and shipped until the end of July, furthermore I was NOT informed about the new expected shipping date. Unacceptable. They agreed, they actually refunded the difference, which I was surprised about due that due to the attitude and the way I was being treated by JUGGY staff. At one point I even had to google JUGGY to make sure they were a real company and I didn’t get scammed. Feeling like you may have been scammed is NOT a feeling any customer wants to feel like after making a purchase, but their lack of professionalism really had me questioning the company. I have the communications saved should anyone need to see them. Anyways I felt so bad bcus I’d spent over $50 for a tumbler as a birthday present and now I thought I was going to have to tell my sister that she wasn’t going to get a birthday present from me this year as I’m not rich and can not afford to go spend more money somewhere else. I chose to spend my money with JUGGY, and they made me feel like I was bothering them. That was the worst feeling. No one should feel bad after making a purchase, and no one should be treated the way JUGGY treated me. I will never make a purchase from this company ever again.
Update: Customer service got back to me. They sent (re-sent) a new order so I’m updating my review. While it took several weeks to receive, the cup is very cute and good quality. Previous review: I have not received my order. You’ve sent several emails asking for my review. I was waiting to see your response to my concern. Despite sending messages to your support email and facebook. No replies. I will be requesting a refund if I don’t hear from you.
So I have to say that I'm already in love with my Rep cup and I just now started using it. It so far has three things over the Stanley.1. It has a metal straw that isn't going to get stained like the plastic Stanley straw. 2. Straw placement. It's in the middle of the lid. Not along the edge, so I don't have to put the lid on a certain way depending on what hand I'm using. 3. The ice didn't immediately clump up. With the Stanley I have to grab a knife and break apart the ice before I get liquid in there.
