I'm not sure if it's the shop app or juggy in general,but my experience with my order was unacceptable. I waited so long for my cup I almost forgot I ordered it. I want to ok redee more but I'm dreading the wait and lack of correspondence of shipping information.
While the tumbler is great, I got it along with one of the Raiven tumbler bags as well. The bag has torn two of the D ring holders loose after less than a month of use, and I am still waiting for a reply to the contact form I filled out days ago. Don’t bother with the bags.
This is my first stainless juggy, I have the half gallon juggy which I love. I am disappointed with the functionality of the sip spout of my newest purchase. It is extremely difficult to get anything more than a trickle from it. I love the cup itself, the design and quality is great, loved the ACOTAR series. Just unable to successfully drink from it.
