Great company, and amazing customer service!! My recent order had no updates for over a week, they sent me a new order and it was here in no time, along with the first order that had no updates. I asked them if they wanted me to send it back and they very graciously let me keep the extra at no charge! This is the 4th or 5th cup I've ordered for my wife and plan on ordering more!!
I got exactly what I was expecting. The tumblers are beautiful. I loved how when ordering, one of the designs was a pre order item, and it prompted it that if I order 2 items together that nothing would ship until the pre order item was available and if I wanted the one earlier to order them separately. Love the transparency. The only thing that i was disappointed about was that I ordered "Bake you happy" and the quote "Baking is my love language" is cut off because it is behind the handle... otherwise, love the tumblers.
First, I paid extra for express shipping to make sure we received it before Mother’s Day. Instead we received it today, AFTER Mother’s Day.Second, and probably more importantly, they have very poor quality control. The cup does not look as advertised, instead the handle covers the wording, just as in many other reviews. I almost didn’t buy this because I saw the other reviews but I hoped they had fixed the problem.TL, DR: Don’t pay extra for express shipping, it isn’t faster. Also, don’t buy this due to quality control issues.
