Review Time
Told me it would ship end of April… told me it “shipped” yet has been in pre transit for over a week. Won’t be ordering from there again. It should take over three months to get. Also, don’t tell me it shipped if it didn’t. At least point not sure if I will even get my item.
I ordered my juggy mug in January and didn't receive until May. There was nothing in the ordering process that said I'd have to wait this long. When I contacted customer service to cancel, they stated that I couldn't cancel because the item was in process. I told them I would never order from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm going to try to return but I'm not hopeful that I'll be able to do that either.
I have yet to receive my cups. I purchased in Mid February but was not aware one was a pre order (shop app doesn’t show it). After emailing the company they explained it was as a preorder and I couldn’t cancel my order. This also took about a week to reply so no 48 hour response. I also find it odd you have to pay for shipping protection. Now I was supposed to receive mid late April there was a delay. May 1st the label was generated but it wasn’t shipped for 5 days. Still waiting for the post office (which I know is not their fault). They charge for 1st class but ship probably the other one however both classes of mail include insurance so why pay extra? I would never buy again AND never recommend to anyone.Update. While they are unique designs they don’t hold ice. I wouldn’t pay full price for the Juggy itself but for someone who drinks a lot it’s worth it. The cups don’t hold ice very well and there are others that do. I enjoy my purchase but won’t purchase again.
The correct item came in the promised time but the lid was defective. The flip up straw doesn't form a seal and leaks air when trying to drink through it. It isn't usable. I have requested a replacement and will update this accordingly. Update 5/27: received an email relatively quickly from Juggy and got the replacement which worked like a charm. The product is great, but getting it wasn't. Update 20 minutes later: Juggy almost immediately asked me to update this review again. That's wild since it took so long to get a word out of them when I had a problem. They claimed it was USPS that caused the delays. The replacement was sent on the 20th. I received the incorrect product on the 11th. I ordered the darn thing on the 3rd. So, USPS took 8 days to deliver the 1st and 7 the 2nd. I think that's reasonable. I don't think waiting 9 days for the replacement is acceptable. I'd post a picture of the email exchange if I could. So here I go updating it back to 1 star.TL;DR: Don't buy from them at all if you aren't willing to go the extra mile to get what you paid for... eventually.
