I love my Acotar themed tumbler/crossbody bag combo. The two products work very well together. It’s incredibly convenient for me and frees up my hands. The quality is really good, though it’s quite expensive. I’m thoroughly enjoying mine and very satisfied with my purchase.
Orderd two cups 1 day apart. Waited a month on the first one. Still waiting on the second and having to track through post office because juggy didn't update my mailing address when I requested. Nobody wants to answer the business phone number. I should not have to pay for purchase protection in order to guarantee delivery of a purchase.
I purchased a pre-order cup since it was the perfect cup for me. I purchased this in February (2/23) and I should have received this cup in middle of April. After not receiving the cup, I contacted the company on 4/16 and they stated that it was delay. A delay that they didn't even communicate until AFTER I have contacted them questioning about my cup (4/19). Then they said I would get the cup between 5/1 & 5/4. It is now 5/7, and although I have a tracking number as of 4/30/2025, the cup still has not shipped. All it says is that the post office is awaiting the item and no one has responded to my inquiry as of yet today!! I'm just not feeling the customer service and am very disappointed with this company. I will not be ordering from this company again.
