I love the design on the Schitt’s Creek tumbler. It took a little longer than expected to receive but that couldn’t be helped I guess. The only issue I had is that they don’t fit. My cup holders in my car. That’s the fault of the car not the tumbler. I love that it has two ways to drink from it. It holds all the water I need to get through the day without constantly refilling.
Ordered a cup during a preorder, suppose to ship beginning of April but there was a delay. A shipping label was “created” on April 20th, as of this review shipping has still not updated & I haven’t received my order & it’s May 11.
I ordered my cup so long ago. I was told I would have it by the end of April because it was delayed. The very last day of April I get an email saying it’s “shipped”. In reality the shipping label was created and that’s it. It is now May 7 and USPS has not received the item. I have emailed customer service with no response. Who knows when I will actually receive my item.
