This company should not be allowed to keep ripping people off..every gambling site this company are involved with and believe me there are quite a few, the games do not pay out.There is no fair play, rtp is disgusting way below what it should be, and the bonuses are horrendous if you're lucky to get one.There is no way these games are regulated because you cannot be unlucky every damn time you deposit 100s of £££ that's just mathematically impossible.These sites are not playing fair no matter what wager you put on you are guaranteed to lose, I know it's gambling and I've the money to do so, but being down or losing every deposit just doesn't bode well..

Promotions not given after deposits

After being a regular customer and making deposits they have not given any bonuses that they promise on deposits. Have not recieved any for weeks. Yet still take my deposits.And have tried to contact them thru the messaging service 3 times since Friday and have had no reply or explanation as to why or reemburse me the bonuses I’m owed. Very unacceptable poor customer service and spoils the experience on there site.

I have all my documents submitted and cleared ect. Have even made withdrawals. 2 weeks ago I deposited money into my account on Amazon slots. After my deposit was applied to my account I tried to play a game. A message came up my account has been disabled. Go to my inbox reply to email and they will get back to me asap. There was no email in my inbox. After emailing for 9 days I finally received a email. Answered the questions and now still 2 weeks later I cant get a single reply. This was not even something I won. My money i deposited. I sent emails every day. I am going to report them if issue is not resolved in 2 days I also dont understand why a uk based company is the people I have to speak with when im playing on a ontario gaming site.

When coming on here to check the reviews I’m shocked that so many have the same issues and nothing is being done. I think someone should set up at online petition against Jumpman so that someone listens! It’s not only about the poor performance of the slots. Or the fact they make it almost impossible for you to withdraw, yet very easy to deposit!! It’s the fact that they are a regulated site in the UK that is supposed to be governed by a strict set of rules. Yet these sites under jumpman are in plain site ignoring their responsibilities and telling lies!! Live chat - they advertise this and it’s a lie! It’s email which isn’t live jt takes days to get back to you! Verification - seems simple but isn’t as they ask you to very many times even when they’ve approved your IDResponsible gambling - they do not follow this is any way. All I asked if there was a contact number and if there is a possibility I can get my withdrawal sooner as my son is in hospital and needed the money to get to him other wise it would off took me 5 hours to walk then I get a email back from jumpmans support team telling me I need to go to Samaritans and the blocking me out of the sight I was playing on. So my situation is now why judge me just because I want to get to the hospital and see my son it wouldn't bother me that much if I had family to support me but unfortunately I'm on my own Iv only played on one of jumpmans sights and deposited on the first unfortunately I cant put this aside if anyone who can point me in the right direction on my next step please message thanks for the time and I have all the screenshots aswell
