What a joke

What a joke. My friend was playing on a site (buffalo spins) run by these jokers. She has won some money and is unable to withdraw it. Contacted them via email and was told to submit photo of passport, driving licence, proof of address, and back account details. She did all of this and was told she can now submit a request to withdraw her cash balance. But she is still not able to do so and the support team are not getting back to her now when she is asking for help. They clearly are happy take money from you but don't want to pay out when you win.

Won 3k asked me to verify my account sent them all the id they asked for and they paid me straight away, was very worried with all the bad reviews but had no problem other than having to email them the id as their photo app thing wouldn't accept my picture

Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost all their site I played on club 300 online was all fine while I was depositing my card checks fine went to withdraw all of a sudden I need id checks was okay this was last Thursday the locked out of my account Friday sat and Sunday then Monday I could get on then suddenly my card up load didn’t meet requirements even though I used same photo as before as same card. You send pics one day next day get refused week later still not approved so used my winning and closed account the relief I feel not having to deal with these people was worth spending every penny.

Place needs closing down

Place needs closing down, (lucky stars casino), been with them nearly 2 years and now tried to make my first withdrawal for a grand after spending probably 10k (yippy) and so far on day 6, I was asked to upload my card ( can only upload 1 pictures at time) so I uploaded the front (rejected) then the back with all the details of the card (verified) then after 5 days days get a reply to 1 of my several emails now saying need picture of the front of the card, place is a joke, no contact number, no live chat, email get a response days later if you even get 1, I think uk gambling commission needs to look more into these clowns because they shouldn’t be allowed to trade, games never play all take all the time, I’m a big player and this is my first withdrawal in nearly 2 hours, need I say anymore legalised criminals

Had no previous issues but sat 3rd august won bingo twice, cash never went in balance, emailed complaints got reply Tuesday to say all resolved winnings credited to balance but it’s not there £120 in total not credited shocking they need reporting

Would of gave no stars the communication between customers and these is non existing what a joke of a site Amazon slotsMirror bingoBoth sites run by these guys one sites pays out fine no issues the other wants the same ID every week impossible to get through to anyone and this is a tiny win I'm in major loss with these sites but the fact I can't withdraw after 2 years nearly is disgust what's worse is that amazon slots literally gave me a win after 3 grand spent and it was 51 quid I can't even withdraw it

I opened the account 2 years ago provided all I.d have had money out if there but now they are asking for my I.d all over again I have won £201 and they are not getting back to me been a full 7 days since 1st message to them and still not heard anything back there is no phone number no ability to live chat nothing the gambling commission will be hearing about this as this is blatant theft

Again I reiterate what others say. You will find it impossible to withdraw any winnings you make. Every excuse under the KYC reason. You will provide every identification you have but still it's not enough.They will take your cash no problem but DO NOT expect any withdrawal.

I have had the same trouble trying to get my winnings. They declined all my documents even though they're up to date then out on a stop so I can't withdraw or play with my funds
