This whole scenario of honest depositing "customers" having to practically beg for their winnings has gone on for far too long. Myself, as an honest individual, has deposited a fair amount over many years. Almost, in every case, i have had to send numerous documentaion, all legitamite, over and over again. Now..in same situation, i have had enough. I have contacted the Martin Lewis show on ITV to consider investigating all these gaming sites, wherever based, and in which affiliates they produce new brand names regularly. Please contact me with your experiences. More so, if you have legitimate money which is yours as a depositing customer. Documentation seems to be the hurdle. There is thousands left unclaimed by customers. They will entice a customer with emails/calls/texts etc..with features. They will not contact a customer that they have funds in their account available. Text on 07517866505 with outline of your experience. I have been in contact with the Ombudsman regards to myself. As i have been with the Gambling Commission UK. These bodies can be found Online. I can forward if anyone needs help.

Total disgrace ! DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY OF YOUR MONEY !!! GAMBLING COMMISSIONS really needs to look at this company and shut these down . How many people have to complain before someone steps in . I wouldn’t give any stars !!! Quick to take your money but not pay out atall . Look at all of these people who have been subjected to this scamming company and their comments on what’s happened to them . Totally unacceptable and a disgusting fraudulent company for a gambling site. Rules and regulations procedures are in place for a reason !!!! JUMPMAN GAMING are totally defrauding under the government gambling act !!

Won 2,700 last Friday all I D Needed I did not have any photo I d so thought it’s was going to be really difficult but after a few emails and sending my birth certificate and a selfie got my winnings today I was so worried after reading reviews but not a problem

I can only give 1 star because it doesn’t allow less it should be minus 20 star . I won 200 after depositing over a thousand no I D was excepted and they put balance back in account. Should not be trading stay well away from theese scammers

Played banana spins won £300 Went to withdraw then the hoops started. ID was already verified. They asked to verify proof of address and bank card same done then all of a sudden ID need verification been at it for days still no joy. Really think they do every thing to keep your money and make the verification process impossible

SERIOUSLY BEWARE

Thank goodness I didn't deposit a lot on this site. I'm waiting to withdraw £390 but my ID is never enough!! I'm expected to screenshot information from PayPal even though PayPal don't allow you to do this due to security issues. I've told them this but they won't /don't listen.I have been gambling for many years and this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've even gambled on sites from Eastern Europe that were more honest than this and actually paid out.If jumpman pay my winnings I will write another review saying so

Been ignored on emails for 4days now I have two pending withdrawals that have been pending since last Friday 8th there is times I’ve had withdrawals in one hour and responses to emails in less than an hour also and now days and days pass with nothing! They purposely use any obstacle they can to stop you withdrawing. I’ve verified my account numerous times but still everytime you want to withdraw they need documents. No live chat or phone line so takes days to sort. This company needs closing down!!!!

*****STAY AWAY*****If you don’t suffer with anxiety or mental health issues you will after dealing with this company. Have been depositing for months no wins, deposited this month £60 won £2400 then provided my ID. All accepted except mobile payments, so I carried on playing while dealing with this company played down to £1000. They then disabled my game play claiming I’m at risk of gambling harm, convenient as I played my money right down. They looked all through my bank statements which I provided for proof of address not proof of payment yet they blocked my account because of how I spend MY money. Which is I play two other sites laughable really, they won’t answer emails or verify my mobile payment ID. I literally don’t know what else to do, customer support are only via email never known a company like it, so please save your sanity and stay away!!!

How it is possible they are legal UK Gambling provider??? Is this a real Licensed Casino, Seriously??  I have created new account after I've spoted a conmercial web baner promo ofer so I have deposited £10 via debitcard  after 12h playing I won nearly £2000. Then next day first try to withdraw and here everything start.  On the begining  they ask me to  provide my ID and the rest of essensial photocopy's.  So on way to cash  my winning by next 3 days I have been trying to upload my documents, 100 time's unsucesfuly even with 50mp cam and turnedon additional lights in the room. Third day didnt want to stress anymore about it so I went my friend I ask him could I use His Iphone15 to do photos and upload to this website. After a couple time's upload was succesful. Then another 2 days for veryfication of it. Obviously balance on my cassino droped to £1200 To b honest that is joke how they do that. I cant belive that they are licensed company. Basicly they playing on time by not allowing you to use photo copys of docs you have already stored on sd card that in hope you do not have a phisic id card or valid passport, same for confirming payment method in my case a debitcard previously  used to make deposit. They forcing you to get photo of it using for verification a webformat app . FInaly after a week  have all document's verified. so I went  to cashier in my account section to do withdraw, in box of sum £1175 ENTER Its much less but for first £10 deposited its pretty well. Its only £1175 cose obviously I carried on playing while dealing with this company played down nearly a £1000. After I confirmed a sum of £1175 to withdraw by pressing ENTER They send me email from jumpmangaming.com start asking me a several question's about transaction's from my bank statement I have previously uloaded it tobthem as a proof of adress.  I heve recived email straightaway I have replyed to it with answear for sll questions. Then at next day, they just disabled my account for gaming. The reason it's  I could be  at risk of gambling harm, convenient as Im using my money. They that much worries  about my finances. At the moment its more then 7days after I won, still can login, but cant play and cant do any deposit. Its 4days after i have confirmed withdrawal by pressing ENTER and a sum of £1200 it's still as a balance on my cassino account. I literally don’t know what I could do with that? customer support are only via email comp autobot reply only.
