Customer service is appalling. Don't expect them to take responsibility when they can't find anyone to deliver your 'paid-for' order and when it turns up it's stone cold. They charge you fees and delivery costs yet provide nothing in return. Just one big money grabbing company that doesn't care about its low score here on Trust Pilot.

Ordered food then when my food arrived, i got somebody elses ordered then contacted support and said they couldnt issue me a refund because they replied 2 days later when i had no longer kept the items needed to provided for the issue.

However, the restaurant is now showing a score of 2.5 from my 1 review.
I think this and the public removal of being able to view specific feedback comments, says everything about how valid and trustworthy these scores actually are.

Placed a big costly order tonight from Marcos in Radcliffe and its usually really nice but this evening just eat had no drivers or very few.
Food sat of over an hour we collected and food was horrid. This is not Marcos fault and we usually really enjoy it but just eat were a joke they should never have accepted the order. Money grabbing springs to mind

Why anybody would use this company is beyond me. A friend of mine who had a stroke last year ordered from Popeyes Chicken in Crawley. How old was incomplete when it arrived and guess what, Just Eat didn’t want to know.

I’ve always used the Just Eat app and have always been very happy with it. However on Saturday night

I’ve always used the Just Eat app and have always been very happy with it. However on Saturday night we ordered pizzas for the family. My daughter is vegetarian so we ordered her a margarita when she was eating her pizza. She found a bit of chicken and was absolutely devastated this caused her to be really sick too. We made a complaint to Just Eat and asked for a refund for the pizza and they refused. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have now closed my account. I would not recommend you in this company.
