Said 20 minute wait sowe booked in the self check in, one hour later and the lady then let another guy who just walked in in front of us, I said excuse me, we have been waiting an hour and she replied ok after this one, I let it go and then she tried to let another lady go first, lady replied I’m waiting for my mum, not even booked in, by this stage I said we are on the list, you keep bypassing us!! She goes and checks the list and goes oh ok you now. I told her I wanted a trim and layers for my daughter and a shampoo, she started cutting without shampoo so I said well you’ll have to do shampoo after, she said oh she doesn’t need a shampoo, I replied I don’t care, I’m the one paying. Just ridiculous. Rude staff, do not give the haircuts you ask for, argumentative - I get it’s cheap, but honestly, it’s still a hairdresser, meant to provide a good service. Then a guy walked in furious as it had been two hours for him, the lady had written his number down incorrectly. We need hairdressing services that are open on the weekends and you can walk in, I work all week so in theory, justcuts is perfect, I don’t have an issue waiting at all, but just be courteous and organised so customers don’t feel disregarded and inconvenient. We are paying for your service, treat us with respect as we do you.

I've taken my mum here twice and it is such a wonderful experience. So warm and welcoming, and caring with my mum. Mum has Alzheimer's and can get anxious and disoriented at times. She is so comfortable here and the look of bliss on her face says it all. I had the best scalp massage from tenzin, and a lovely new look by Rosalind while mum was absolutely relaxed in the care of melissa. Her new do looks fabulous. We are planning to make this a regular girls day out. Thank you ☺️
