Firstly when I walked in the lady was behind the counter doing unspeakable things with her fingers. I was baffled. soon later I found out she was going to be my hair stylist and my face dropped. My hair was chopped but that wasn't what I was focused on, the stench of my hair follicles after. fishy. That girls PH was way off.
Had a very good experience today with just cuts. It was surprisingly a very easy process - from checking in on the app and waiting briefly to be called through. It was stress free. I had a lovely experience with Melissa B, she listened very carefully to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable and confident with what she was doing throughout the whole time I was there. I’ve never said this about a hair salon before, but, I cant wait to go back :)

Just cuts is a hit and miss. Can be totally bad. Or you can receive a really great cut. You really need to know the staff. $60 gets a cut and dry off. Not blow dry. You’re in and out in less than 10-15 mins. When you get a great cut takes 20-25 mins. I have short hair.

I had my hair cut and styled by Kylie at the Batemans Bay store. Kylie is very customer focused, has excellent communication skills and is always lovely to every single customer that she talks too. Kylie cut my hair exactly how I had asked, and double checked a few times if i was happy with the length. I will be going back, and will ask for Kylie as she is great.

Worst haircut experience of my life. I asked for a little off the top and they gave me the monk trim. Honestly am in shock right now. I just promoted to CEO of Brain Brasher Clubs inc. and now, as the face of the company, I must order everyone to pull up to work with the monk haircut. NEVER GO HERE. Trust who knows what they are capable of - the monk trim is just the beginning... Faith, he tonight hath boarded a land carrack: if it prove lawful prize, he's made for ever...
As a retired Hairdresser I am very fussy about cuts.I have been going to Jana at Penrith Just Cuts for as long as I can remember.I find she gets me and understands my hair.I always get a great cut and leave happy.I would always recommend Jana or Lisa for a great haircut.
