Appalling hair cut at highpoint Just Cuts. So called “hairdresser” didn’t take any advice on what I asked for - a trim - and talked non stop about herself. Before I knew it she had given me the most unflattering cut I’ve ever known. The sides aren’t even the same length! Just don’t go there 😩

Terrible experience at Ocean Keys on Tuesday, the 1st of July. Keep regretting that decided to visit it as it is close to my place . The lady who did the haircut probably decided that whatever she does would be fine. She also was permanently distracted by the visitors instead of concentrating on my hair. As the result my fine hair looks twice finer with inconsistent ripped ends. I make a small bun to hide this disaster and obviously will never come back again.

I recently got my hair cut by a stylist who took it upon herself of cut my hair to her description not mine, l asked for a cut below my shoulders, no that certainly didn’t happen and my fringe was cut so short it’s really hard to style Bathurst store has lost a customer!

Could have given 0 if it was there as an optionI went to Just Cuts Glenfield mall to have a hair wash and dry. A lady named Cherry appaoched me. She was already grumpy to start with and her approach is so unfriendly. She is charging 24 dollars for a wash and dry so I said we were charged only 12 the last time by a Korean glmale stylist. She then assumed and said "she" is new so you were charged wrong. I was like my stylist was a man why are you saying she? She then said well then he was new. She then said don't be upset as I was just explaining and said that my voice was getting loud. I was like why are you even implying Im upset? I was just trying to process things.This is poor customer service. She was the exact opposite of the other stylists in salons where it is meant to be an enjoyable experience. I can afford 24 dollars as I go to a Korean salon in Takapuna so money wasnt the issue. It is her appalling customer service. I ended up going to Newmarket justcuts and paid 34 dollars which is totally fine as they were great with the service.I emailed Just Cuts customer service 6 days ago, no response at all. I have read in one of the reviews that they don't bother to reply so not getting my hopes up.
