Could have given 0 if it was there as an optionI went to Just Cuts Glenfield mall to have a hair wash and dry. A lady named Cherry appaoched me. She was already grumpy to start with and her approach is so unfriendly. She is charging 24 dollars for a wash and dry so I said we were charged only 12 the last time by a Korean glmale stylist. She then assumed and said "she" is new so you were charged wrong. I was like my stylist was a man why are you saying she? She then said well then he was new. She then said don't be upset as I was just explaining and said that my voice was getting loud. I was like why are you even implying Im upset? I was just trying to process things.This is poor customer service. She was the exact opposite of the other stylists in salons where it is meant to be an enjoyable experience. I can afford 24 dollars as I go to a Korean salon in Takapuna so money wasnt the issue. It is her appalling customer service. I ended up going to Newmarket justcuts and paid 34 dollars which is totally fine as they were great with the service.I emailed Just Cuts customer service 6 days ago, no response at all. I have read in one of the reviews that they don't bother to reply so not getting my hopes up.
I’m brand new to the area of Forster and badly needed my hair cut and as Just Cuts is the only hairdressers I know of that’s close, I wandered in. I got very lucky and had the lovely Kim cut my hair for me. She did a great job for a great price and I’m very glad to have met such a friendly, happy and, most importantly, GOOD hairdresser. I will definitely be going back to Kim at Just Cuts Forster.

My Daughter and her friend went to justcuts for a hair cut together for a day out and it cost $300. my daughter ran out crying because they put something in her hair and half her hair burnt off. then her friends hair was chopped not cut, it was like the hairdresser got a butcher knife and chopped it like a piece of meet on a chopping board. THEN A GROWN MAN THAT WORKED THERE ASKED IF THEY WANTED TO GO TO HIS HOUSE LATER TONIGHT AND HAVE A BLOWIE IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN. Then a girl named Susan shot her self and all her blood got all over us, then that costed another $80 to clean up. worst experience ever. my father can cut better then this crap and he is dead.
