Charged $75 for shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry at their Belconnen store today (Feb 9). I am sure they made a mistake because on their website it says shampoo is complimentary with the blow dry. The stylist argued with me and insisted they charged for the shampoo and blow dry SEPARATELY ! I could've asked to speak to the manager, but my daughter was getting upset and I didn't want to create a scene, so I paid and left. I think I deserve an explanation, given what was published on their website.
My daughter who is 14 just came in for a wash, trim and dry off at Just Cuts CHATSWOOD and was charged… $125?! Crazy price for a student too. My daughter just paid for and left and was in tears, she was as shocked as I was when I saw the price! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I often see a different hairdresser when I go to Just Cuts, and I go to Just Cuts as my regular hairdresser, but I have never had a cut I haven't been totally happy with. All staff are friendly, courteous and skilled at their job. I highly recommend them.
