I chose a couch/bed based workout since I'm currently very unfit. All exercises require a yoga mat or standing, with no modifications available. Most exercises are not suitable for beginners. The text captions often don't align with the video or commentary. It feels poorly organized.
The customer service is quite disappointing! I attempted multiple times to cancel my subscription without success. I emailed support and only received an automated reply. Cancelling after registration is very challenging. I was charged again today and tried to cancel, but received no email confirmation.
The app is falsely advertised as FREE. While you can download it, you can't access anything beyond the initial screens. I won't use a service lacking integrity in its offerings. I'll look for a more honest alternative, perhaps a book with suitable exercises!

After multiple emails, I either get ignored or receive irrelevant automated replies. I'm out $39 and still can't access the app. This service feels like a complete scam, especially with their so-called “free” trial!
