It took nearly a month for my order to arrive, despite being advertised as a 48-hour delivery. Initially, the support team responded with an apology, citing high volumes due to the holiday season. Upon further inquiry, I learned that the items are shipped from overseas before being sent via 48-hour delivery within the country. The product was heavily promoted as a specific brand but was clearly not what was expected. Additionally, while the items were shown in boxes in the advertisements, they arrived wrapped in a trash bag and tape, causing them to be damaged and crushed.
Writing this is difficult. Assuming this is a new business, I want to provide constructive feedback regarding customer service, especially in relation to order follow-ups. Many customers share my frustrations. Despite the stated dispatch timings and delivery windows on the website, numerous orders remain unfulfilled before the holiday season. Perhaps you are facing challenges due to your own growth, but to sustain your business, you need to take more responsibility for delivery issues instead of attributing them solely to postal service delays during the holidays. I, like many others, made purchases at the end of November or early December to avoid these problems. Every other online order I placed, except yours, has been delivered—whether from the postal service or other carriers. This is why the feedback has been so critical. I would prefer if you acknowledged the situation directly and communicated, “I’m sorry, but it seems your items won’t arrive in time.” It’s truly disappointing. While polite and well-crafted responses are appreciated, they can only uphold your reputation for so long before it turns negative. The one star is for the lack of a product despite my order.
Fantastic! My daughter, who is a big fan, will absolutely adore these. They are very comfortable to wear and appear quite durable. They would have been perfect if they had arrived in a box! The delivery took a bit longer than expected, likely due to the holiday rush, but they arrived just in time!
