Holiday order gone wrong

I ordered an item on November 17th, thinking there was plenty of time for Christmas. I was mistaken. After several emails back and forth, they offered me a refund if the item didn't arrive by the end of last week. Still no item, and now they're backtracking on the refund. It's an absolute sham.

Disappointing experience

I placed my order at the end of November, assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. Now it’s December 17th. When I reached out, the email response seemed reassuring, but there has been no shipping update from the carrier since I ordered.

Unsatisfactory delivery service

I placed my order on November 29th, thinking it would arrive in time for Christmas. While I've received some reassuring emails, there has been little movement in terms of shipment despite my follow-ups. As of December 20th, I'm still waiting for any delivery update. While I appreciate the communication, the tone has been condescending, referring to me in a familiar way despite my clear frustration, which doesn't help resolve the situation.

Slippers are very high quality

Slippers are very high quality, love them! I got the croissant and peanut slippers in the Black Friday sale, came in about 8 days which was good, bought more for my sister for Christmas 💞

Total Disappointment

Do not buy from them! They are a terrible company. I’m still waiting for my order. I ordered 3rd December as I thought they’d be lovely Christmas presents. Looks like they won’t arrive at all?! I will take this further. I’m surprised Klana even entertain this company? I’ll be approaching them for a refund. The reply from the company is just what I expected to be fair? Defensive and aggressive. Total joke!

Missing OrderOrdered croissant slippers 20 days ago.Tracking details not changed since 2nd Dec.Contacted them 4 times same response “please be patient lovely they will be there soon” they can’t give me a time frame or an update think it is probably a scam!!!
