The rugs I received were of outstanding quality. Despite being shipped internationally, the delivery was handled by a reliable courier, making it easy to track, and it arrived quicker than I anticipated. I also appreciated the prompt personal responses to my inquiries via email. I will certainly make another purchase from this seller.
I have been a loyal customer of this shop for many years, frequently purchasing gifts. I've always found the staff to be friendly, professional, and welcoming. They deserve high praise, and I would gladly give them more than five stars if that were possible. However, my recent experience was quite different. I encountered a new lady, who turned out to be the owner, and she was exceptionally rude. Her lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking, especially compared to the wonderful staff I know so well. I hope she realizes how important it is to treat customers with respect. The other employees are fantastic, and I will continue to return for their excellent service.
We ordered several carpets featuring the same design. While the smallest one matched our expectations, the two larger carpets turned out to be much lighter in color than anticipated. When placed next to each other, the difference in color based on the rug size is quite noticeable, with the smallest rug being the closest to what was shown online.
Really pleased with my 2 custom size rugs, one ordered after the other. Not a problem for me as I made it work (one sits right next to the other) but I was surprised that the first I had fringed so binding at sides was white too. Second one I did not want fringed and it was then bound all the way around on grey so a surprising mismatch for me but as I say I made it work.
We were looking for a washable (i.e. good for bath rug/mat) rug to place outside our soaking tub -- and wanted a rug that had more unusual character than the "run-of-the-mill" rug designs. We wanted something that leaned in design toward Persian and/or tribal, hand-knotted influences . . . but would work in a bathroom. JustRug had many washable rugs with those concepts to choose from. Their pricing was extremely good, with free shipping. Our rug arrived via FedEx in 8 days from Turkey! Very pleased with our entire experience! Highly recommend them! Thank you, JustRug!
