I was so grateful I found Juujbox before my move! I booked with only a few days notice, and it was no problem. Pick up and drop-off were a breeze. I also appreciated that they provided labels. They thought of everything I could have needed! And I feel great that I didn't waste a bunch of cardboard boxes. Would definitely recommend.
This is a family run, local business that I have appreciated working with. They have been a pleasure to deal with and have shown flexibility with arrangements for our son’s storage and delivery of items stored for college. I don’t hesitate to recommend them for an innovative and hassle free storage experience.
JuujBox was amazing! I hadn’t packed and I was moving in three days- and packing was starting in two. I asked if I could get my boxes sooner than the website stated I could- and they made it happen! I got the boxes the next day. You can track when the delivery driver will arrive, and they drop them off. They also came with cute sassy/clever labels, zip ties (for donation/storage), and a sharpie! They were communicative the whole time, and the boxes were huge. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I’m definitely using JuujBox again!
Juujbox is amazing! The concept of being able to rent boxes is genius. I saved so much money on purchasing boxes, making & taping boxes. Not to mention the hassle of figuring out how to dispose of all of them. I also saved money with the movers because of the ease of being able to carry and load the boxes into the truck. The boxes are strong and sturdy. We didn't need to use as much paper to wrap everything. And not once did I worry that my stuff was going to get crushed, like I would have with cardboard boxes. Juujbox customer service has been extremely easy to communicate with. I never wondered what was going on. Delivery was super easy! Moving sucks. But, I can't say enough positive things about using Juujbox. Win for the wallet. Win for the environment. Win for my peace of mind. 10 out of 10 - recommend.
Juujbox is extremely easy to communicate with. They are very flexible with drop off of empty bins and pick up for storage. I am on the east coast and my daughter was able to store and receive her items with no help from family. Juujbox made everything so easy
I cannot stop say how amazing Juujbox is! Highly recommend! They took alot stress out of our very complicated move. We had to pack up not one but two condos! The first condo had to be packed up and stored in storage for a month before the big move day. Which they took care off everything from boxes, to the logistics of move and the storage. Then on big move day they moved everything from two storage unit( one being the first condo) and the second condo. When they came to pick up boxes at the end of the move they were so easy. Not have to store boxes or throw cardboard away made the unpacking less stressful.
