The assistance provided on both sides of the trip was exceptional. The drop-off process in Memphis went smoothly. I had concerns about the drop-off in Charlotte since it was on a busy street, but the driver devised and executed a plan without any problems. I was anxious about how my items would fare during transit (as I'm not the best packer), but everything arrived in great condition, with only minor issues stemming from my packing choices. I appreciate the prompt delivery and will certainly recommend this service to anyone needing long-distance transport.
We utilized a 16’x8’ container for our move across the country. The company was very flexible and accommodating during the entire process. The only downside was that the monthly storage rates felt a bit high in comparison. We felt somewhat rushed to settle into our new home to minimize storage costs. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this service for your moving needs.
This company was excellent to work with, from the start! I first checked in on Saturday to find out information about prices and dates and such. Sadie responded right away was super nice and gave me all the info I needed plus let me set up a reservations. I ended up renting three pods from them. The pods were very nice inside clean good sized. I got the largest ones and they were much better price than the “Pods” brand. The man that delivered them, did it with efficiency and in a timely manner. I especially appreciated Steve who was fun to visit with and helped me with something I was trying to rearrange in the back of the one full unit. Rayne also did a good job. I had to rearrange dates a few times due to problems with closing time/dates and both Sadie and Celeste were great to work with on that as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever have a need in the future, I would use them again!!
Units in south NJ went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful moving experience across county. Their prices are better than their competitors, and their customer service cannot be beat. We ended up needing a 3rd container at the last minute and Mike the (owner) made sure it arrived in time and we were able to leave out when we wanted to. Their service is extremely reliable and professional. I highly recommend UNITS moving and storage!! 5 stars and much gratitude from our family!! One less thing to have to worry about in already stressful time of moving. UNITS is by far THE BEST!!
We were in the thick of things trying to pack up a house chock full of stuff. Units was the only place that delivered to our area. A knight in shining armor. LOL. They helped us on short notice and were absolutely awesome with delivery to both places. Especially considering the trip cross country. Scott in Texas was amazing and the drivers stayed in contact for the final delivery. 10/10!
We searched for the right company to help us with our move from TX to Colorado for months. We found so many bad reviews or mixed reviews from competitors. Units are still run by its owner/s and not commercial. Their prices were great and if we could give them a 10 stars we would. They communicated so well, they gave us a timeline and 100% stuck to it. Customer support is fantastic, a personal touch and not a call center. Our belongings came here without any damage. I know we had to get our own packers and loaders, BUT from competitor reviews, property is damaged because the containers are not dealt with care. UNITS have a great method of dealing with their containers, so nothing shifts or gets damaged. We will never use any other company.
I work with Voda Cleaning and restoration and we use units solely as our go to storage and moving company. They are very professional and Sylvia is always so helpful ..I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a highly skilled and professional company that offers their services..
