Kaspersky VPN has serious issues

Kaspersky VPN underwent an "upgrade" on November 28th, 2025, which resulted in the removal of many useful features and a reduction in available locations from 115 to 85 countries. The most concerning change is the discontinuation of the VPN service in Russia, where I currently reside. When I requested a refund, my request was denied.

Loss of trust in this antivirus

Kaspersky is a Russian software, and trust is a major concern for me now. While it is an effective antivirus, I can no longer rely on Kaspersky, especially after it was banned in the U.S. I plan to switch to a more trustworthy alternative.

Licenses not working and no support

I own 10 licenses, all current and paid for. Occasionally, I need to reinstall on a computer, but now, when attempting to reactivate the licenses, I face constant timeouts. The issue isn't on my end. Customer support was unhelpful, providing only automated responses. I will not be returning as a customer.

Issues deleting account details

I received an email about my software renewal and credit card charge, despite canceling my subscription in 2020. I found the account details page, but the "Delete account" tab did not function. The Help section does not recognize the "Delete account" option. It seems the company does not allow customers to remove personal details or credit card information. I'm awaiting a response to my email.

Very disappointing experience

I had to uninstall the program within five minutes because my keyboard and mouse stopped working. This app blocked my PC, and I had to remove it to regain functionality.
