This is not a one-off mistake — it’s a repeated portal issue. In Aug/Sep 2025 (Ticket #798422), I reported that the cancellation flow can end up submitting “Immediately” (service termination within 24 hours) even when the customer’s intent is “End of billing period”. Support acknowledged my feedback and said it was submitted to dev for consideration, and they reinstated the subscription at that time.
Months later, the same issue happened again: I received another “terminated within 24 hours” confirmation.
When a service is non-refundable, the cancellation UI must be extremely clear and must preserve the user’s selection. This design can waste the remaining paid period, and it’s unacceptable that it remained unfixed after being reported.
