The representative from the online chat support was very helpful and guided me step by step in creating a second email address, which was not straightforward due to a complicated process that definitely required technical assistance. They explained: - "To find the admin login, go to All Products in the sidebar, then click Admin Login; from there, you can access Domain Settings; after that, click the New button to create a new account; don't forget to set a password for the new email; if you need assistance with the DNS records, I can help with that; I have added the MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to your DNS settings. Please allow 1–2 hours for propagation, and then you can send and receive emails from both accounts." The platform could simplify the email setup process for users.

The primary issue was being charged $119 for a ‘Change of Registrant’ just to update administrative details on a .com.au domain. This is a standard compliance update that many other registrars in Australia allow customers to execute themselves for free, making the $119 charge feel excessive and unwarranted. While the platform is functional and support is available, the business model seems to hinge on charging for basic domain management, which feels outdated compared to modern registrars. After transferring my domain to another Australian registrar, I found that the same tasks are now entirely self-service, and my ongoing expenses are significantly lower than what I was paying. If you prioritize transparency, modern tools, and fair pricing for straightforward domain management, I highly recommend exploring other options before making a commitment. Additional context: I appreciate the response, but I want to clarify that the $119 fee for a ‘change of registrant’ was communicated in an urgent manner via email, which suggested immediate action was necessary for website and email services. It was only after completing the process that I realized transferring the domain first would have allowed another registrar to handle the same eligibility update without this fee. The issue for me lies not just in the lack of disclosure, but in the combination of urgency, limited options presented at the time, and a charge that is no longer typical in the industry.
