Amazing customer service...item was delivered to wrong address and Katy Sue designs sent a replacement right away. I had paid with PayPal so contacted them first. But Katy Sue rang me immediately to resolve issue. Product was lovely too.
The item arrived promptly. I've only used the pine cone mould so far, and it's excellent. I plan to try the Christmas trees and bows shortly. I wish I could buy more, but they are a bit costly. I'll build my collection slowly. Highly recommend this platform.

I received my order very quickly. The dies are of outstanding quality and cut beautifully. The 3D Decoupage is nice, although I expected it to be thicker. Once assembled, they look great. I'm very pleased with the quality and service from this seller.
