Frustrating Experience with Billing

I left for a more affordable provider but was still charged for a full month despite notifying them of my switch. Correspondence has been confusing, and after several emails, I was promised a refund in the form of a cheque. Over a month later, I'm still waiting for it. Their lack of efficiency is astounding.

Incompetent Service

VOIP Issues Persist

The VOIP service has been unreliable for most of the time since installation. Despite numerous complaints, I have seen no improvement. The last time I waited for an engineer, they never showed up, and the lack of communication is frustrating. I feel that this service needs major improvements.

Landline Issues Persist

I have been a long-time customer and faced issues during a recent switch from copper to fiber. Despite the switch, essential services like message retrieval are still unavailable. Although I filed a complaint, I doubt it will lead to a resolution, and the online complaint process is convoluted. Staff can be polite, but overall, the service lacks proper management and support.

minus one star if it was possible waiting for complaints to be answered.web sight says three days to respond back.i have been waiting 11 days no wonder they get a score of 96 percent of one or two stars. they are robbers and liars.
