Customer service from Kevin, in Belgard, was excellent. He efficiently took note of all the issues raised by me, the technicians located the source of the issues and replaced the parts, all under warranty, and Kevin made contact throughout to keep me informed . What an asset to your company. Stress-free experience....I wish there were more companies with staff like Kevin.Ps....and my car was washed!!! 10/10
I wanted to take a moment to say how great my experience dealing with Keary’s was and particularly Paula, and the attention and care given. Paula took great care to explain all the options available to me and the costings for each. Her time and patience helped greatly with my final decision. I am delighted with my new car and look forward to many years of safe driving in my new Renault.
I just purchased a Renault Megane E-Tech Techno from Kearys, Kinsale Road Roundabout. The sale executive I dealt with was Diarmuid Marsden. Diarmuid was extremely professional and provided me with his expertise and advice. He was always at the end of the phone with any queries I had and made the whole process seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and I will definitely be back to Diarmuid in the future.
Bought a car from Kearys recently (salesman Stephen O Neill) would stay well clear of him, He tried to con me out of €1150 telling me he could get my finance payments down if I took out scratch and dent insurance, didn't think nothing of it until a week later and rang the finance company and they said scratch and dent mean nothing to your finance payments..My payments went way down when I took of the scratch and dent from my finance..Deal with anyone else bar Stephan O Neill in Kearys
Just bought a new Dacia Duster from kearys dealt with Shane a lovely man he put no pressure on me to buy it, felt very comfortable everything was made easy and the process was very easy so far so good delighted with my new car thanks again Shane
I want to warn everyone from Kearys Renault and Dacia Cork. Everything is so lovely when you want to get the car, Everything will be perfect and everyone will bre so kind and nice, but when anything will be wrong with the car, you have to be very patient, they will not care about you then, you have to ask and please them for a replacement car, they will refuse any compensation and they wont answer your phone calls nor emails. The car they sold me did not have tracking done, so few months in had to change tyres. Unfortunately they do not even care about the complaint. Do not recommend them to anyone.
I have just traded in my old car and bought a new one today.I chose Kearys on the Kylemore road as they were highly recommended by a few of my friends.They didn’t disappoint.I dealt with a chap called Andy.From start to finish Andy was highly attentive & supportive to my needs. Just purchased my new Renault Captur Alpine from Diarmuid in Cork. Brilliant deal done and very smooth. Very good communicator. Was a bit anxious about purchasing a car so far away but have to say could not fault the service I received.
