I tried to book my car in for a service. This is the first service since I bought it second hand 12 months ago from Kearys Hyundai. They gave me a price of €355 for a service. It was just an oil change and filter change and general check over of the car. Daylight robbery. When I said I was shocked by the price I was told they can give me a 10% discount. I will take it elsewhere going forward. I got my son's Fiesta serviced recently for €189. Price gouging by Kearys at its finest.
Very very disappointed with the customer service,which actually doesn’t exist!!!! Two times visiting,for buying a car ,two times not approached ,not even a greeting ! We will never get back to you ! I can’t actually find words to explain how ignorant the staff was !
Kearys Renault (Cork) do not care about their customers once they have bought a car from them. Their customer service is non-existent.The car malfunctioned at the beginning of February and I have been waiting for a replacement since the fault was diagnosed on Feb 6th 2023. The part is not in stock at the dealership.I have been waiting on a part ordered from their store for over a month and they won’t give me an eta on the part. Moreover they have no apparent interest in finding out what is going on. I suggested that they sell the part from one of their stock to me and replace it with the one I ordered when it turns up. Alternatively to supply a courtesy car while mine is off the road due to their poor stock management. Both suggested solutions were refused.I have reported the issue to Renault customer service who also suggested the solutions proposed above whilst awaiting the part which was again met with refusal. Renault say that they also have difficulty getting through to anyone at Kearys in CorkIf i could give 0 stars that would still be too high!!
Just purchased my Ioniq 5 from Keary's Kinsale Rd, Cork. Absolutely delighted with my new car and well worth the wait!! All of my dealings were with Conor McManagan and I found him to be very knowledgeable, extremely professional, helpful and courteous at all times. He was always available to take a call, to answer any query and to keep me updated on all matters. A pleasure to deal with, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their new car!
One week ago today I picked up my Hyundai Tucson Executive Plus car. Absolutely love it. Such a comfortable classy car. I feel so lucky to have been dealing with Conor McManagan at Kearys. What a great person to purchase my car from. So helpful, honest, professional, knowledgeable and every other word I can think off. Choosing a car is never easy but Conor made it easy for sure. Follow up after the day I went to look at the car with a video of the car, unbelievable. Conor Is always available with any queries I have on the car. Thank you Conor for everything.
I brought my duster that I had bought from another dealer because I was having issues, I was dealing with Breda in Renault Cork, fould her outstanding very professional and informed me of safety issues when I was sold a crock, the information was very valuable as it could safe our lives, because the car was dangerous to drive. So I highly recommend them, will buy next car off them, but thought Breda was outstanding.Thank you Breda must appreciate Margaret
Tried to make enquiries about a 2019 renault Megene on their site only to be told to told I'd get a call the following day about it. Waited 2 days. I called back only to be told it was sold. 3 weeks later its still on their website. Have made 3 further calls to arrange a rest drive. They either don't answer or your told the team is on lunch we will call you right back.only never get a call. Treated as an inconvenience. Called tk their Dublin branch in person to view another car on their site knly to be told it was outbon long term loan. Arranged to have a different car brought in from another branch had my own car valued and was told I'd get a call to let me know a final valuation and whe the cat would be in..... guess what no call. Phoned myself was told I'd get a call back....... no call back again..... don't waste your time go somewhere else they only want easy sales they don't have to work for.
