Took a while but hair is finally growing back. It’s been about 3 years since starting keeps and at first didn’t really notice any difference but after about 6 months no more hair falling out and finally after a little over a year I noticed regrowing. Great product you just have to stay consistent and give it time you will see results
I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my hair thickness and bald spot. Amazing customer service. Responsive, polite and they keep in touch with any updates on your account or products. The minoxidil foam is great quality and shipping it pretty fast too.
In 2019 my hair began rapidly receding and thinning, I then signed up for Keeps even though I was skeptical on trying it. After years of consistent use my hair is nearly fully back and I do not have to wear hats to hide my hair anymore. Keeps is a great product with amazing customer service that I highly recommend to anyone suffering from male pattern baldness!
I cancelled my subscription in June 2025. I received a charge from keep.com on my credit card in July 2025. When I contacted their support, I was told that I renewed my subscription, completed a consultation, and placed an order in July. I did not renew, do any consultation, or place any orders after cancellation. When I checked my account, there were additional medications I never requested or ordered on my upcoming delivery.When I contacted their support, I was told that the charges could not be refunded.This company is nothing but a scam. You try to cancel and they keep billing you and adding products to your subscription. Stay away from them.
It has been one month since I tried to reactivate my subscription. I submitted the payment multiple times and none of which was fully approved so I had to keep requesting a refund so I can redo the process all over again. Their customer support is also god-awful, there wouldn't be any responses for one whole week and the provider will tell you to do one thing and then customer support will tell you another.I submitted my payment at one point and then for some reason, my plan got cancelled without any reason and then they switched my provider. So, I messaged my new provider via the the Keeps website, but he just would not want to reply back or provide me with an update at all. Basically, I paid $118 for a 3-month supply and nothing is happening. I'd call this a scam so I suggest everyone to go to their bank and ask for a chargeback because these incompetent people at this company is insane.
