After ordering the product

After ordering the product, I canceled the subscription so I wouldn't be charged every 3 months, because I wanted to see if it worked first. 3 months later, my card was charged and I received an email saying my order was on the way. I called, but their office was closed because this happened on a sunday, so I promptly emailed them letting them know that I had canceled my subscription and I no longer wanted their products or services, and to refund my card. I received no reply to the email. So I called and, and told them that I had canceled the subscription, that I did not want to continue their services or products, that I did not authorize this transaction, and they told me that my subscription cancellation was invalid. They made me jump through all kinds of hoops to cancel my subscription including filling out paperwork, verification by phone, and a lot of extra steps that I didn't have to do to sign up for the service in the first place. They refuse to give me my refund even though I hadn't gotten the product yet. I offered to send it back without opening it and they still refused. It is a very dishonest and manipulative company, such a scam I don't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They charged my card multiple times without my knowledge. I went to try and stop charges and they charged it again. This place is the biggest scam out there! Do not order from them!

Sneaky/Lies

I praised these guys to no end - every bit of correspondence we had I always took the time to tell them how much I appreciated how easy it was to work with them. Then they pulled a trick in canceling my account in order to get out of a "forever" discount they had promised me. Just know these people are sneaky. I am writing this and checking the box for keeps to see because I emailed them numerous times about this yet have not gotten a clear response. I opened a new account and they gave me a similar however not as good a discount and while it too is supposed to be "forever" my trust in these people is shot. Really it was a slap in the face given how much I praised them then the flimsy excuse they gave for canceling my account. I gave them an extra star on account of the the 5 star company they used to be

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. Turned off automatic refills and they just pretty much said that I was out of luck. Never use this brand ever, they make it so ridiculously hard to leave reviews on their website as well, whenever you log in and try to get to the review section it logs you out.After contacting keeps customer service, you aren't allowed to leave reviews once they cancel your account subscription. Absolutely unacceptable practice.

Charged after canceling auto refill

I canceled automatic refills several weeks prior to my automatic refill date after experiencing undesirable side effects. Despite this, Keeps charged me $180 and mailed product to me I did not want. When I contacted them about this error, they emailed the following: “Unfortunately, since your current order has already been processed and dispensed by our pharmacy, it cannot be canceled or refunded at this time.” I responded with, “I canceled automatic refills well before the prescription was filled and shipped. So if I’m understanding you correctly, I indicated that I no longer want this product automatically refilled and that you are no longer authorized to charge my card, and you are saying: ‘we filled it and charged you anyway, and because we did that despite you indicating otherwise, we will not refund you.’ Am I understanding you correctly?” to which Keeps responded, “I’m sorry to hear you want to cancel your subscription with Keeps. Consistency is key to the effectiveness of our treatments, which is why we ship your refills automatically and also Keeps is a subscription service. We’d love you to stay with us, and I'd be happy to offer you a $50 credit on your next refill. Would that work for you?” Literally ignored what I said. I will attempt to initiate a chargeback with my bank, and will file a complaint with the BBB. I recommend staying away from this business.

i never turned on automatic refills

i never turned on automatic refills. and i got an email saying they were off.. so i was thinking i would not be charged again, but guess what, they kept charging me and shipping me product. then i emailed them to cancel my whole account, and they said they canceled my account, BUT THEY KEPT CHARGING MONEY. WTFFF and they get away with it! DO NOT buy from this company they will tell you that your subscruption is cancelled and keep charging you, i had to get a new card and tell my bank to block them. NOT WORTH THE headache. lost hundreds of dollars cus every 3 months i got billed for nothing!!! imagine how much money they get from getting hundreds of dollars from people. HOw IS THIS LEGAL.

Customer Service Kills It

I've been using Keeps minoxidil for about a year and they ship you so much product (it's probably the right amount but for something you need to use twice a day, it's really easy to end up with too much on hand). While they make it easy to delay a shipment, they make it really really difficult to cancel. It's hard to find the option online and when you submit a request to cancel, they make you wait up to 48 hours for a response and in that email they make you another hoop to cancel (if you ignore the email, I imagine you won't even have cancelled your subscription!). I wouldn't use this service again.
