Worst exp with keeta . I would recommend please do not order food with KEETA after 12AM their team will not deliver n put blame on us.. bad exp on this twice better to go with other delivery team.. #KEETA# NOT# GOOD#Team keeta please consider
I ordered food from one hydrabadi restaurant unfortunately it was not available so I cancelled the order and requested to refund my money back intoy credit card.Customer sales representative said we can't refund in cc but we can in keeta app wallet I said no issues please refund.1 month every week m following up with different different representative it reflects
status refunded successful but if you check in your wallet money is not available.At last I got fed up and left the 42 aed I spent to order food from keeta .
Personally my experience compare to other app is pethatic worst .
Keeta food delivery app here in Saudi misleads customers by offering fake really tempting discount vouchers worth 100s$ if you get them new customers thru their so called referral program and when you get them what they want and the new customer process thier first order both parties will be awarded by valuable discount vouchers and one gets talked into this kind of malpractice as it seems simple and with things working out initially till the voucher entitlement is done you're so far satisfied but the crooked, misleading and unprofessional on another level shady side of theirs beings to unfold when the customer who got them the new client tries to make use of one of these vouchers in his food or grocery order no matter what one does making sure their parameters and slas are met and inline with all the stated terms and conditions a message pops up with utter nonsense which absolutely makes no sense stating the discount can't be processed in this order and will show you super exaggerated price of the order you just made way over the initial price of a certain meal or grocery product that you are trying to buy of of their app...
Cherry on top of the cake unveils it self when you try to reach out to the help desk executives, you would be totally bamboozled to realize that they are not even replying you on the subject matter at hands just random gibberish which clearly indicates they have got no ideas on why this app behaves in such a way and the customer is suffering due to this, in the end automated message pops up your issue has been escalated and will be resolved soon (in another life time that is, today is day 4 on complaints but no resolution so far), just watch out y'all don't let these crooks scam you in this manner just for the sake of new client acquisition.

Terrible app it’s a scam and they said 50% of your first order once you place the order they take the whole amount leaving you clueless and frustrated, they have customer support but they refuse to cancel the order and refund and just blame it on the merchant which is so unprofessional and honestly annoying I will never use it recommend this app and I will make sure the whole world knows what frauds they are! Don’t use this app unless you want to be scammed
