The item arrived to NY during a snow storm and the package was lost, I reached out to the company and they immediately provided tracking info and delivery pictures and offered me a discount to replace the item if it couldn't be found. The item itself fits perfectly and frankly was of better build quality than I expected given it's going on a higher end piece. Recommended.
