The service at this location is unacceptable. With only one representative available to assist over 30 customers, the wait time is outrageous. Upon arrival, I was instructed to take a number, which indicated I was seventh in line with an estimated wait of eight minutes. However, after waiting for over an hour, frustration was palpable among all customers. Truly disappointing experience.
