The service from Kent wardrobes has been brilliant throughout. The most custom fitted wardrobe options out of all the competitors we tried whilst being competitive with price. They jumped through every hoop we placed for them, from the office, to the fitters everyone we met and dealt with were friendly professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. All of this before even mentioning the high quality product they produce. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again on our next project. Thank you Kent wardrobes. 5 stars!
Kent Wardrobes, a local, independent company, proved the perfect choice to replace an aged pair of fitted wardrobes. They could offer almost unlimited options for design, colours and finishes, and were happy to accommodate several changes of mind about the internal configuration. From our initial visit to the showroom, through to the final fitting, everyone we dealt with was both friendly and professional. We are delighted with our new wardrobes.
From our first visit by Nathan, to completion of our project yesterday by Barry and Sam, Kent Wardrobes have been nothing but efficient and professional. We found it very helpful to visit the showroom to see how everything would work together and to make some small changes to the original design. Communication with Donna in the office was friendly and easy. Nothing has been too much trouble and they pride themselves on giving the customer exactly what they want. We are very happy with our completed wardrobes, thank you everyone.
Absolutely thrilled with our new wardrobes. Everything went really smoothly and the designer was fabulous and included everything I wanted and was happy to make any adjustments to the design. The fitters, Tom, Charley and Harrison were brilliant, friendly, polite and very tidy leaving everything lovely and clean both the first night and when they had finished. Donna, who we spoke to on many occasions was really helpful and responded to all our questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. I can highly recommend this company, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
We placed an order with KW for our daughter’s fitted wardrobes and she is delighted with the finished result! The team are friendly, professional and it’s great to take a visit to showroom to look at the options in-person. Would recommend!
Amazing experience from start to finish. Rang up and they managed to squeeze a visit in. Gave me a price right there and then and the drawing. Was exactly what I asked for. All fitted promptly. They are all such lovely people and made what I thought was going to be difficult, so easy! And my daughter absolutely loves the wardrobes, I want them in my room!! Great company & would deffo use again and highly recommend!!
So pleased with our new fitted wardrobes! After getting extortionate quotes from Sharps, BD living and others we had given up on our dream fitted wardrobe.. until we found Kent Wardrobes! All the people we have dealt with have been lovely, the showroom was a great way to be able to see the different colours and designs, and even better that all colours are included in your overall price giving you lots of freedom of choice. We are so happy with the result and will be telling anyone who will listen what a great experience we have had. Thank you!!
