Great customer service, friendly team, prompt responses. Every team member I met ( Donna , Craig, Nathan, Dan) was professional, friendly and easy to work with. The team made 2 visits to our property to ensure the survey was correct due to the amount of building work going on, and then phoned to confirm and clarify details during the build process to make sure everything was correct. They were also able to accommodate some last minute changes. A few of the doors needed adjustment after fitting, but the team were fast to return and make sure all was well. Great experience all round and good value compared to other quotes I had. The only thing that didn't work out was internal lighting for the wardrobes - this should have been made part of the design and we didn't manage to make that happen, my fault for not being clear about this, but it didn't seem to form part of the design process, so I recommend that if you want lighting options make sure you are clear on what you want early on so that this can be incorporated.
Yesterday I met Dan and & his colleaguesStraight away I took a liking to them, they treated my house with respect specially Dan whom is a Top man. The wardrobes are great we are really happy. Brilliant service from Kent Wardrobes. Everyone we have dealt with (Donna, Craig, Dan, Dan and Louie) have been very helpful and very professional.We are very pleased with our wardrobes and would definitely recommend Kent Wardrobes if you are looking for some built in furniture.

I highly recommend Kent Wardrobes from my first visit from Craig on the 15th September he listened to what I was requesting and understood my needs he also advised me on what he thought would be the best way I called to the office and was greeted by two very helpful office staff who made me feel comfortable and they also helped me in the showroom with some decisions then end on 22nd September with two lovely kind and polite fitters who was so happy and worked very well and a few hours later it was all done and completed they look brilliant and complete the room
I heard the advert for Kent Wardrobes on Heart and decided to call them after having design visits from other companies. Kent Wardrobes were a breath of fresh air - no gimmicks or pressure to take advantage of one time deals. Nathan was professional and informative and the price given extremely competitive. From start to finish the whole process took about a month and I am extremely happy with my new wardrobe, in fact so happy I am having my daughters fitted too! I recommend that anyone wanting wardrobes give them a call. They are a professional and friendly team and very helpful too.
We had Kent wardrobes in last week to build some cupboards in our loft room & as always they did a first class job. Third time we have used them now. Really nice guys & extremely clean & tidy too. Customer service is first class as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
After a really poor experience with sub standard work by Kent Wardrobes, with reviews being removed as it seems this company does not like the truth about customer experience - I wonder how many others have had the same experience with being also offered money to remove reviews and attempted guilt tripping.Says alot if someone has reviews removed rather than responding
