We have just had our wardrobes fitted and are so pleased with the results. They are better and bigger than we expected - really substantial and excellent quality. The design process was smooth and easy with a second visit to double check the measurements. Craig helped me find a design that was better than what I originally wanted, and cheaper! We went to the showroom so we could physically see the colour options and handles which really helped us make our decision.The fitters were really polite, efficient, put dust sheets down and hoovered up afterwards!They are straight forward with their pricing and there was nothing added on when I received my quote.I had quotes from 3 different companies and am so glad I went with Kent wardrobes. They are a lovely, family run, honest Company.
KW designed a very impressive dressing room for us, turning an unused and unloved room into a real showpiece. We gave them quite a tricky brief, wanting LED lighting throughout, and the finished product is superb. Communication was excellent, helping us tweak the design and never giving us the hard sell on more expensive options, quite the opposite in fact. Install date was agreed on the day we visited their showroom, and the whole project was delivered on time (to the day). Lovely people, great product. Highly recommend.
I simply cannot fault the entire team at KW. All very attentive to our requirements, from planning, giving us ideas on design, and kept us fully informed of cost, nothing was too much trouble. We had a media unit and a dressing room fitted in three days. Dan and Kevin were very respectful of our home, covered everything and worked hard. The office team were very friendly and helpful. I think the price we paid is reasonable for a bespoke piece of furniture which is solidly built, and looks amazing. To all the team, thank you so very much.
We had some wardrobes fitted in 2022 and was very happy with the service we received. I noticed this week that one of door hinges was broken and the shelf was missing a bracket. I emailed explaining this and enquired about the 10 year warranty advertised when we purchased the wardrobes. Within hours I received an email asking if they could send round someone to fix the wardrobes. Two fitters arrived promptly and fixed the issue in minutes. Really happy with service, cannot recommend enough!
Fabulous service, range and quality is outstanding. This is the second time we have used Kent Wardrobes as they are outstanding in price and quality. The fitter Dan and his helper Keiran were fabulous. They were very polite, tidy and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.
