From the first visit to our home to measure up for the quote to the final installation Kent Wardrobes were superb. The design from Craig was exactly what we wanted, the visit to the showroom came with a free Mug and Pen (and it's even a nice pen!) with no problems around ordering samples. Everything was just easy. The installation was taken care of professionally, and with minimal mess and the finish was superb. There was a minor hiccup around the placing of some existing loft hatch doors, but the guys had a solution and it was not a problem. Now that alone would be a 5* review. And that's what most reviews are, but I think it's important to add, that nothing is ever perfect and we had an issue with a handle. Nothing urgent, but the sort of thing you'd like sorted. Kent Wardrobes came round, replaced it and its once again perfect. I often measure companies not by how they act when things have gone 100% right, but how they deal when something goes wrong, and Kent Wardrobes passed that test in my book.
I can't recommend Kent Wardrobes highly enough. I contacted them for Alcove cupboards (as opposed to wardrobes per se) and am super happy with the finished items. The Guys who fitted the cupboards were very personable, professional and showed terrific attention to detail.
From initial contact to completion of the wardrobes, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone we had dealings with was friendly, polite and helpful. The small number of snagging issues was addressed within a few days - that in itself is a great indicator of how much they care.On top of everything, the price was a pleasant surprise as well!Thank you to everyone at Kent Wardrobes - with these people on the doorstep, there's no need whatsoever to go near any of the National companies as they cannot compete on any front!
From the first phone call to the end of the installation, absolutely amazing. The staff are wonderful and the quality of the product amazing. I had a very small issue which they rectified quickly without hesitation - the sign of a good company! If you need wardrobes - give them a go
Everyone who works for Kent Wardrobes are just amazing! Our wardrobes were to be fitted in a new extension. Craig came to measure up, and he and Donna were at the showroom when we went to look at samples and handles. The amount of choice is insane.Nathan took the final measurements when skirting boards etc had been fitted. The fitters, Dan and Louis were brilliant. Our new wardrobes are just amazing. The finish and storage space it has given us is incredible, and we love our Narnia style wardrobe door to our ensuite. Everyone we dealt with were professional, friendly and helpful! Would recommend to anyone, you won't be disappointed!
We had floor to ceiling wardrobes fitted against one wall in the bedroom together with a drawer chest, bedside cabinet and vanity unit. The design stage, workmanship and installation was excellent. Friendly and efficient team who were happy to accommodate our particular needs and left the bedroom tidy on completion. Thoroughly recommended and we will definitely be in touch with them for any future projects.
The Team at Kent Wardrobes fitted a drawer unit and cupboard in a Childs bedroom and and a full wardrobe unit with drawers, hanging and shelves in our master bedroom. This was a fiddly project in both rooms due to the age of the house, sloping ceilings, structural beams, and weird angles. There was a mistake made with measuring in the master bedroom and as a result we had to wait 2 weeks for a new unit to be built, however this was rectified at Kent Wardrobes cost, and was a really good example of the excellent customer service we had at every part of the project. We have gone on to recommend the team to friends and family and we will be back for more fitted furniture in the future. Really cannot recommend highly enough, its also so nice to support a local business over a large company.
