Outstanding support before, during, and after the installation. Very efficient service. The design and appliance recommendations were perfect. My only minor remark, which is really small considering my 5-star rating, is to ensure the dust sheets are cleaner at the beginning. I realize I might be being particular, but they were a bit dirty. That said, I am absolutely thrilled and would highly recommend the service.

This service went above and beyond from beginning to end! The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the fitters completed the job on time as promised. While my wife and I were pleased with the prompt and smooth service we received, we faced issues shortly after installation. The installation team was friendly and efficient, removing our old gas fire and installing a new electric fire within a week. However, shortly after, the fire started making a high-pitched squeaking noise. Despite notifying the service about the issue, they could not resolve it and stated that the cause was worn-out parts. The required replacements were unavailable, and they made no effort to replace the fire or refund us. After contacting the manufacturer directly, our fire was finally replaced months later.
Had a replacement stove installed, but the installers damaged the hearth. The service claimed I caused the damage myself with a poker! No inspection was conducted, and no certification was issued. They denied both claims—untruths!
Avoid at all costs! Dangerous installation! Missing components. Leaking flue collar. Not compliant with building regulations. Authorities have been informed. Fire hazard. Poor communication. Intimidation if we report to regulatory bodies! No apologies or accountability. Unsafe and unusable! STAY AWAY!
