Short lifespan and poor battery performance.

Functions well for only 7 to 9 months. The battery performance is very disappointing, and using AC power requires an additional circuit board purchase. Previously, I had a similar product that lasted 3 years and performed excellently, but this experience has been frustrating. Customer support is either unavailable or lacking.

Extremely Disappointing Support and No Follow-Up for Technical Issues

Extremely Disappointing Support and No Follow-Up for Technical Issues! I advise against purchasing any products from the company! I set up a new dual gate system in July 2024. After about 90 days of normal operation, issues began to arise. The operators on both gates started to malfunction, sometimes failing to open at all, and appeared confused about their status. AS OF NOW, I CAN'T GET THIS SYSTEM TO FUNCTION RELIABLY. On one occasion, when I managed to reach a technical representative, they reluctantly sent me a new controller board under warranty. After installing it, the system worked fine for just 2 days before malfunctioning again during our first cold snap. My batteries, solar panels, and indicator panel lights are all functioning as expected. My experience with the technical support option is as follows:
1) Leaving a message or entering my number for a callback... NEVER happens.
2) Sending an email and expecting a response for assistance NEVER happens.
3) I’ve waited 30-45 minutes on hold for customer service, even when told the wait would be only 10 minutes.
4) My gate is quite far from my house, requiring several minutes to reach it for troubleshooting calls. The representative would NOT wait for me to arrive after I explained my situation. She said she would call me back in a "few minutes" so I could get my small screwdriver and transmitter... NEVER RECEIVED a callback after waiting in sub-zero temperatures!
5) I’ve called back multiple times for help, only to hear that the wait time will be 45 minutes (or more)!
6) I feel like I’m either a nuisance or my time is unimportant.
Currently, I have a brand new expensive dual gate opener system that is inoperable and UNRELIABLE. I have been incredibly patient, but the company does not seem to care! It appears that they are expanding too quickly, lacking sufficient staff to address issues, and have no regard for customer service. This is evident from the painfully long wait times and their consistent failure to follow up... by phone or email! UGH!!!!!!
AVOID PURCHASING A SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
