USELESS CARD ! money stuck there

The card doesn’t work at all ! and the that’s not the worst part. Your money is going to be stuck there, as u can’t withdraw from the card balance, u can only withdraw from crypto wallet, so be careful toping the card.

Quickly resolved

Alok was super helpful getting my issue resolved. The issue I had wasn’t even Zypto’s fault. It was my fault I missed an email and then the link expired. That aside, they got it fixed very quickly and I appreciate that a lot.

Update – Funds refunded after several months

Update (10-31-2025): Zypto ultimately refunded my frozen card balance directly after several months of uncertainty. To their credit, they have since followed up directly, kept me informed, and ultimately refunded my full balance after reaching an agreement with their banking partners. I appreciate that they took responsibility and resolved the issue in good faith.That said, the lack of transparency and the lengthy delay made the experience stressful and confusing for many users. I hope Zypto continues improving communication and oversight of its payment partners going forward.Original Review (10-27-2025):I had been using Zypto’s (formerly FCF Pay’s) prepaid Visa card for over a year. It worked well until on or around August 2025, when the “Classic” physical cards suddenly stopped working, all transactions began declining and card balances showed "0" on the dashboard despite actually having funds on them. When I contacted support, I was told the issue was just a “bank API problem” and that everything would be resolved soon and not to worry as funds were safe. Months later after no updates or additional information, I’ve learned that the program was actually terminated by the issuing bank back in mid-August. Something users were never informed of and continually strung along by Zypto Support representatives all while they continued to push users towards signing up for their new "premium" card offering. They referred me to the issuing bank via a generic e-mail address who then turned around and pointed the finger at yet another party.Zypto’s communication has been unacceptable. They made no public announcement, continued reassuring users privately that it was only a temporary issue, and censored discussion of the problem in their Telegram group by pushing people into private chats “to avoid scammers.” In my view, this looks more like an attempt to contain awareness than to protect users.Even if Zypto was not directly responsible for the banking partner’s actions, their lack of honesty, transparency, and timely updates has left customers without access to their funds for months and they should not be trusted as custodians or facilitators of your personal details or funds. That’s not how a trustworthy financial service operates.I hope this review helps others understand the situation and encourages Zypto to take accountability and communicate openly with their users.
