Kian and Josh are a super team, I couldn’t recommend their service enough. I joined to have a good trainer for excersice and to have a guideline on how to manage my diet. However what I received was a-lot more, when they say they will be in your corner they mean it. The mid week check to see how your doing, weekly checkins to make sure your on track, form reviews, diet guide, general motivation when your feeling low, they really stepped up the trainer game for me. The best part of the package is how attentive and accommodating/flexible they are to your requests, the two way communication is top tier. 10/10, cant recommend it enough.
I have been working with UpOne coaching for almost 8 weeks now. Before I started, I struggled to find guidance on workouts and nutrition that worked specifically for me. So far, I have been able to get feedback on my goals, nutrition, and workouts that have improved my habits and made it easier for me to confidently workout and prepare meals. Working with Josh has provided me with helpful insight about what I’m doing, how to improve it, and feedback about how to go forward. They prioritize knowing that I am a busy working professional, and understand the importance of consistency over perfection. Josh provides helpful feedback for me weekly. This has been critical for me to change my mindset about growth and change in my habits. If you have considered coaching, this is an amazing option that give you personalized support and encouragement. I had tried numerous things before but UpOne coaching has been the best and most consistent approach I’ve had.
My name is Avery Lower and I have been working with upone coaching for 2 months now. The biggest challenge for me before joining was trying to guess my workouts and calorie intake but not know what I should and shouldn't be doing. Before joining I tried to do what everyone around me told me they did like "just eat more and workout more". But I ended up just putting in fat and not getting many gains where I wanted them. Since working with upone coaching the biggest benefits I've received was a tailored meal plan to my exact needs, likes, and dislikes. This worked best for me because before I thought I needed to just eat a lot of food and the muscle would come but it didn't until I started eating right. The group around me has been one of the most enjoyable things about it having a group of people pushing to to be the best version of yourself and all knowing you can achieve it is an unbeatable feeling. To anyone considering joining Upone but you're on the fence, I say the only risk is not taking the risk. I myself took some convincing to join and it took me to realize that this is an investment into myself and a better healthier lifestyle to decide that I was going to join. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision it's made me into a stronger man both mentally and physically. The confidence and knowledge I've gained is something I can apply to so many aspects of my life. So if you were on the fence and aren't sure just know we have all been there but you are your own greatest investment!

Kian and Josh are just so knowledgeable and helpful. Starting off i was a bit skeptical but i was at a point where i wanted to risk it so i thought whats the worst that could happen. over the next 11 odd months, Kian and later Josh were always there picking me up after bad week, praising me after good ones and just looking out for me, personally as well as physically so for anybody on the edge, go for it, you wont regret it
