I did not receive a qr code to open the pickupbox and ups is very hard to reach so now im out of ink and needles. This is the first time i used a box thinking it was easier since there were mistakes delivering on the righrt adres..but i guess i was wrong

Fast delivery and accommodating return process

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, but it was delivered the next day. The representative was very helpful and arranged a free return for me. Impressive customer support

I ordered the wrong item (completely my fault), which arrived the next day. However, the representative kindly arranged a free return. Poor delivery experience
