I ordered three pullovers but never received them due to incorrect tax billing from the courier and poor customer service (after five calls and four emails to various contacts, I still have received no response). I hope for a reimbursement soon.
I ordered an item seven days ago that was then heavily discounted (25%) for a promotion shortly after. I was told to return the item and reorder the identical one at a discount, but this can't be done over the phone. It's quite frustrating. The product itself is good, but the customer service systems need improvement.
The product quality is excellent (comparable to other cashmere brands)! However, the international package looked as if it came from a discount retailer; the carton arrived completely crushed. I can't believe this was handled by the courier service, and I had to pay an additional fee despite my order being nearly CA$1400. There was nothing “luxurious” about this shopping experience.
Very easy to order online, my Harris Tweed Blazer was delivered within 2 working days. Upon arrival the size wasn’t quite right for me so I reordered a smaller size and returned the original. Very easy to do and stress free. I’m delighted with my blazer, excellent quality, style and colour. I definitely recommend Kiltane.
Genuine Harris tweed fabric in modern designs and well made. Careful customer assistance during the shipping process. The only downside I have experienced is the high amount of import taxes, that is charged by the buyer's country, according to the local customs and duty regulations. Fortunately, this further expense was offset by the fact that the item purchased was on sale.
Although the beret is nice it isn’t of the same quality as last year. Last years black beret is the nicest I’ve found, beautifully thick and fluffy . Unfortunately this navy one is just not the same which is very disappointing. It is still a good beret and I’ll be keeping it but not quite the same. It was delivered promptly and well packaged
