Unfortunately their lorry broke down early morning but they anticipated the repair would enable the delivery later in the day as agreed.However, no further communication despite me emailing 3 times for updates.Delivery was first thing next day.Delivery guys were great, but communication could be a lot better.
We got regular updates regarding the arrival of goods. Drivers were very good but the item was extremely heavy and should have had more men. My almost Oap husband had to help, even then it was a struggle. Good job he wasn’t injured!! Please in future, it it’s a large really heavy item make sure you have the means to deliver without help from people who aren’t actually insured to help!!
Had email 2 days before scheduled delivery giving a 2 hour time block. Driver called on the day to say he was 30 minutes out. Driver placed the box in my entryway as requested. Engaging chap.....so yes great experience and kudos to Kineticlogistics for keeping the wheels turning....
The delivery driver, Karl, was brilliant. My delivery was a large and heavy box, and we have steps down to our front door and garden.He managed to get it down the steps with a bit of difficulty but he did in a professionl manner.I have no problem recommending Kineticlogistics. and well done Karl.
My item was dropped off at 21:10 in the evening, I was informed very early in the day this would be the case, the driver phoned half an hour before (as he said he would) to check if it was ok and was very polite and carried a heavy item into the house for me.
