Placed an order a week ago, no shipping confirmation. Emailed twice and sent messages to their social media. You would think a company with their type of mission and audience would behave more ethically but no. The reviews are 100% correct. They don’t communicate, don’t care, customer service is terrible, and are fine with stealing money from customers. This has been an absolute nightmare. Run so far away from them.

I was interested in their product and was going to order. However, they started spamming me with text messages and I cannot block them. I have tried texting "STOP", "QUIT", "UNSUBSCRIBE", you name it. I have even blocked them but sure enough, a few weeks later they spam me again. I wouldn't order from someone who uses this marketing tactic as they are clearly not trustworthy and dont respond.

Update: they finally responded to me and gave me a refund. I tried the 4 verity pack so 16 cans. They arrived exploded dripping wet. Not a single one was not burst. I tried them anyway and minus the fizz they taste like absolute garbage. But moved on to reach out to them telling them they arrived exploded and to send me a new pack or refund me. I emailed 5+ times and no contact number. I got silence after many many attempts, Other review sites have them at a 1 also. do your research on these companies.

On Oct 23 I placed my first order to try Kin Euphorics adaptogen + nootropic drinks. During checkout I noticed they had a subscription option and upon reviewing the subscription terms on the order page I went ahead with purchase. Upon arrival - Oct 25 the drinks tasted poorly, so I reached out to customer support asking to process a cancellation on future orders. Their CS team refused to cancel my subscription even though I provided their terms and noted I had abided by their cancellation policy. However, they had no interest in resolving, refusing to cancel any future orders. This is unethical, illegal and frankly exploitive to customers to not denote a 3 month subscription requirement anywhere on the order page or cancellation policy. Please review attached policy. Per automatic renewal laws, a B2C seller must offer clear and conspicuous notice of offer terms including offer terms displayed in stark contrast to the surrounding text in the contract. An opt-in mechanism for the consumer to affirmatively consent to the automatic renewal clause must be presented before the consumer is initially charged for the services. After the consumer has provided affirmative consent, the consumer should receive a post-sale acknowledgment that contains the material terms of the automatic renewal offer in a digestible format. Kin Euphorics is in violation of ARL federal requirements. I highly recommend not supporting Kin Euphorics and purchasing elsewhere.
